Updated Security: Removing "Keep me logged in"

Date of removal is May 15, 2024 – As we continue to expand our global security features, we will be removing the keep me logged in feature currently on the login screen.

This means that you must know your password or have it saved on your browser in order to login to Motivity.

Reports are in Beta

Yes you read the correctly! We currently have 26 organizations beta-testing our new reports feature and the feedback has been extremely positive. Motivity reports have already been accepted by the following funding sources:

  • Cigna
  • Optum
  • Horizon NJ Health

A full release date has still not been set, but if you would like your organization to be a part of the Beta testing group, please reach out to your CSC or email amanda.kelly@motivity.net directly to be added.

Show Member Email Address

In order to help administrators who are managing accounts for their staff, we’ve now given the ability to view a member’s email address used for logging into Motivity.

This new field can be seen at the top of the member’s profile under Account.

You must have the Manage Members permission in order to view this email address and the email address is not editable.
